Sarda Energy & Minerals Limited (SEML), incorporated in 1973, is the flagship company of the Sarda Group, headquartered in Raipur, Chhattisgarh. The company is a vertically integrated steel and ferro alloys producer with backward integration into iron ore and coal mining, along with thermal and hydro power generation. Its product portfolio spans iron ore pellets, sponge iron, billets, wire rods, ferro alloys, HB wire and eco-bricks, serving both domestic and export markets. SEML has delivered strong momentum through FY26, with consolidated revenue rising 22.6% YoY to ₹5,690 Cr and net profit rising 58% YoY to 1,109 Cr, aided by improved ferro alloy realisations and higher power generation. Promoter holding stands strong at 73.16%. The Supreme Court has approved the SKS Power resolution plan, enabling SEML’s planned power capacity expansion to 4×300 MW by FY30.
