Bridges Community Support Services, Inc. provides compassionate mental health and community support services throughout Central Florida. Established in 2014, we offer clinical assessments, medication management, individual and family counseling, trauma support groups, peer support, psychosocial rehabilitation, targeted case management, support and advocacy, housing assistance, transitional psychiatric discharge support, and mobile crisis support. Our services are designed around each individual’s unique needs and goals, helping promote stability, independence, wellness, and meaningful community participation.
