QuickBooks Not Hosting Company File on Mac Network
Multi-user mode requires one Mac to host the company file, but if it’s not visible to other users, the connection breaks. This usually happens due to sharing settings being off or blocked. Make sure your host Mac is always on, file sharing is configured, and that QuickBooks Server app is running in the background to allow connections.
