NPCI Approves Viyona’s Expansion in India’s Digital Payments Space

Viyona Fintech, a next-generation digital payments platform, has received authorisation from the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) to operate as a Third-Party Application Provider (TPAP). This approval marks a key milestone in Viyona’s mission to drive financial inclusion and support the growth of India’s digital payments landscape. With this authorisation, Viyona will offer seamless Unified Payments Interface (UPI) services in collaboration with partner banks. The company’s secure and scalable infrastructure is designed to serve both urban and rural markets, aligning with India’s vision of building an inclusive, cashless economy. Central to this effort is GraamPay, Viyona’s flagship product, tailored to empower farmers, small merchants, and local communities with simplified digital transactions. The platform supports frictionless collections, payouts, and UPI-enabled payments, ensuring a reliable and transparent user experience. Expanding its community-first approach, Viyona is also preparing to launch a farmers’ marketplace within GraamPay. This feature will directly connect farmers with buyers, enabling fair pricing, faster settlements, and greater access to digital opportunities. By combining cutting-edge technology with socially impactful solutions, Viyona Fintech is positioned as a strategic enabler in India’s digital payments ecosystem—reshaping how underserved markets engage with financial services while fostering long-term economic empowerment.
