Devprayag Sangam – Uttarakhand

Dev prayag, also known as Deo payag, is a sacred town located in the Tehri Garhwal district of Uttarakhand at an altitude of 830 meters (2734 feet) above sea level. Considered as a significant site, serving as a key stop for the sacred Do Dham yatra, Kedarnath Yatra, Panch Kedar yatra, Char Dham yatra and Panch Prayag Yatra, featuring many sacred temples, like the Raghunath Ji temple, and a stunning Himalayan setting. Devprayag Sangam rivers\' names are Alaknanda and Bhagirathi, and it is surrounded by panoramic Himalayan peaks, making it a perfect spot for both spiritual seekers and adventure enthusiasts. At the point where the two sacred rivers meet, their combined flow forms the Ganga River, which makes it a sacred site in Hinduism.
