In a stunning turn that underscores mounting judicial pressure, the newly reconstituted Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation (SCJN) has reinstated Minister Lenia Batres as the ponente (drafting judge) in a case aimed at revoking an amparo granted to Elektra.
