Pointel Genesys Cloud CMS Audit and Alert provides detailed reports, including the user who made the change, the date and time of the change, and both the current and previous values. It allows restoration of changes at each parameter/KVP level or the entire application to a specific point in time. Ad hoc reports can also be generated on demand to gain better insights into the changes made. With Genesys Cloud CMS Audit and Genesys Cloud CMS Alert, you can set up notification alerts for critical objects in your business. For instance, an alert can be triggered when a critical list object or option within an application is modified. Each alert can be configured to notify different teams and send notifications to predefined contact lists, including To, CC, and BCC recipients.
