A 2 Cavity Semi PET Blow Machine is a semi-automatic bottle blowing machine designed to produce PET plastic bottles from preforms using the stretch blow-molding process. The machine features two mould cavities, allowing it to produce two bottles in each cycle, which improves production efficiency while maintaining low operating costs. In this system, the PET preforms are first heated in an infrared preheater and then placed in the blowing unit, where compressed air expands them into the desired bottle shape inside the mold. These machines typically produce around 800–2000 bottles per hour depending on bottle size and machine configuration. They are widely used for manufacturing bottles ranging from 100 ml to 5 liters for applications such as mineral water, beverages, edible oil, cosmetics, and pharmaceutical packaging industries.
